Requirements:
| 1) | Original Passport must be valid for at least 6 months and enclosed with this application |
| 2) | Fee of $20.00 per passport for U.S. citizens (money order only). Other citizens, check with the Consulate for details. |
| 3) | For business trip, a letter from employer stating the purpose of trip. |
| 4) | For diplomatic or official visas (no fee), a letter of request from your department. |
| 5) | Very important: Enclose a self-addressed prepaid air-bill with your account
number or a check payable to Federal Express to return your passport(s). No more
than two(2) per air-bill. We will not be responsible for any loss that may occur during processing. |
| 6) | Visa processing takes approximately 5 business days for U.S. citizens. |
Note:
*** Group visa can be issued for groups of 5 or more - please fax the Consulate your request for
details.
*** U.S. re-entry permits are not acceptable for travel to Jordan.
*** Citizens of the United States, Mexico, South and Central American and the countries of
Western Europe could be issued visas upon arrival in Jordan.
